Infera provides a platform for converting natural-language scientific protocols into validated, machine-readable workflows. The Service includes protocol parsing, validation, orchestration, and integration with laboratory instruments and data systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain all rights to protocols, workflows, and data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Infera does not guarantee that validated protocols will be free of errors in all execution environments. Users are responsible for final review and verification of all workflows before execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, reagents, or instrument time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
