Run an analysis
Open a project folder and give the agent a task. It runs analysis code in the cloud and saves the outputs to your project. Follow the work as it runs, or stop it to change direction.
Cloud backup and sync are optional.
Inspect the results
Read the code alongside its outputs. Open molecular structures or genome tracks in the built-in viewers, or examine sequence files. Ask a follow-up question to continue the analysis.
Run your local command-line tools in the terminal.
